WHY WALK WITH ME?
Activating Change Through Movement
Most psychologists meet with their clients in offices designed to maximize confidentiality and provide safe space for deep emotional work. But, often, the therapy room can be intimidating and may even intensify resistance.

By moving into the sanctuary of the outdoors, our clients access the power of nature and experience the liberation of side-by-side communication. Not only do our clients report feeling more comfortable with this approach, they also note enhanced creativity and well-being. Moving while discussing challenges, conflicts or obstacles activates change so that solutions are more easily accessed and implemented.

For those who may feel "stuck" in their creative process, walking with a muse not only provides a sounding board for addressing the impasse but also promotes movement into rich new ideas and material.
